How does shipping work- when will I revive my products?
• If you order your items you will receive then in _ to _ business days.
• If you order on weekends or want it next day delivery you will need to pay additional.
How do I place an order?

Simply browse through our wide selection of products and pick on the desired item then click on the check out button if you are done with you order and if you want to proceed with the billing and shipping option or click on the "continue shopping" option to select more items.
How do I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Credit Card, PayPal (order is ship when the e-check is cleared) and Western Union. We do not accept personal and company check. Please note that any customers that place an order over $300 will need to submit a credit card authorization form that can be found on the check out page.
I already placed an order with Catalancosmetic.com. Can I change something?

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to make changes to an order after it is placed. However, you are welcome to call us at 786-514-0133 or at 786-308-6104.
What happens if items are missing from my order? OR Items are missing from my order, what do I do?
•
Here at Catalan Cosmetics we always double check order to ensure proper distribution of the goods. The enclosed packing list reflect what has been ship and what`s inside the parcel received by the customer. Mistake may happen and the customer needs to contact us within 3 days of reception of the goods to notify any items missing to one of our customer service representative. No claims can be made after the 3 business days of the reception of the goods.
Can I get a refund for my merchandise?

Catalancosmetic.com will fully refund money on authorized return with RMA # (Return merchandise authorization) only for merchandise that was defective or if the wrong item was shipped. If the customer return merchandise within the 3 days probation with RMA # for any other reason else than for exchange, the customer will receive cash refund minus 20% for restocking fee. After the 3 days period, the customer will receive a store credit minus 20% for restocking fee if the items are returned before the 30 days period expire from the time the goods has been received. Please DO NOT RETURNS ITEMS AFTER 30 DAYS as they will be discarded. DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US.
Can I track my order?

Yes. Orders are shipped via USPS  or otherwise instructed. Your tracking number will be provided via e-mail after your order has being processed or you might also contact us.
